Despite over a decade of availability and an attempt to set standards for courts writ large, e-discovery is, like much with technology in the law, just one of those things that is still not quite widely understood in the legal context.

In front of an audience of vendors, lawyers and technologists, a kCura Relativity Fest panel of the judges behind some of the most impactful rulings in the space attempted to help those still uncertain wrap their heads around the law’s view on e-discovery.
