Web-based real-time case information platform eLaw has announced the launch of ePer Diem Services, which provides law firms and attorneys the ability to hire a stand-in “daily attorney” to appear on their behalf in a multitude of court appearances, including conferences, arbitrations, and real estate closings, among others. As of launch, the service is limited to New York and New Jersey courts.

Dominick Esposito, executive director at eLaw, explained that he views the launch of ePer Diem Services as the next logical step for the company’s eWatch notification business.
