Corporate boards of directors are increasingly investing in and staying abreast of company cybersecurity practices, according to BDO Consulting’s annual Board Survey released this week.

The survey, which took stock of 160 corporate directors of public company boards, found that 74 percent of directors say their board is more involved with cybersecurity than it was a year ago, a steady growth from the 69 percent last year and 59 percent in 2014.
