Analytics is becoming prevalent in e-discovery, and a recent partnership between professional services giant BDO Consulting and text analytics provider Brainspace may indicate that data without context is no longer enough.
George Socha, co-founder of the EDRM and managing director in BDO’s Forensic Technology Division, noted that analytics have become an integral component of the e-discovery life cycle because of the exponential expansion of data in litigation.
