The rise of the workflow management platform has grown exponentially in the e-discovery market, but due diligence work is only now starting to see technology aimed at managing review for deals.
Ben Longoria, a former M&A attorney and founder of Wizdocs, built the DealManager platform as a response to the low-tech frustrations of his own experience managing deals for large corporations. Law firm Paul Hastings recently partnered with Wizdocs to use DealManager in its due diligence review center based in Atlanta.
