Attorneys take a lot of heat for being difficult to deal with, especially in the business world. Don Robertson, Apttus’ new chief people officer, thinks clearer lines of communication between attorneys and business folks can help them work together more effectively.

Robertson previously held positions in human resources at large companies like Hewlett Packard and Sutherland Global Services. He makes a habit of building bridges between legal and business teams, and in a conversation with LTN, he offered some words for attorneys from his experience in the corporate sector about how the two industries can play nicer with one another.
