FTI Consulting just launched a new set of updates to its flagship review platform Ringtail. The updated platform, Ringtail 9.0, touts an expanded set of dashboards and workflow modifications.
JR Jenkins, managing director of marketing for FTI Consulting’s technology arm, said the platform stands out for its “ability to do analytics alongside the traditional e-discovery workflow of processing and production,” but its updates largely focus on tweaks to its user experience and quick-view dashboard analytics.
