More law firms appear to be purchasing—or at least considering—cybersecurity coverage as well-publicized data breaches continue to pose risk across the economy. To that end, the American Bar Association has started offering a cyberinsurance policy for lawyers and law firms, underwritten by Chubb Limited.

Law firms with a minimum revenue base of $250,000 can apply for the ABA cyberinsurance offering, which is now available.
