Lighthouse eDiscovery announced on May 17 its acquisition of San Francisco-based e-discovery company Discovia. The acquisition is the latest in the consolidating e-discovery market.
Lighthouse CEO Brian McManus will run the unified company, while three of Discovia’s senior executives will join the Lighthouse team, but continue to work with Discovia’s prior customer base.
