Chief Administrative Judge A. Gail Prudenti has proposed legislation authorizing a three-year pilot program for e-filing in criminal and family courts in New York state.
The legislation, proposed along with a pair of reports on e-filing issued by Prudenti on April 20, has been sent to the Legislature but has not yet been introduced.
