Metalogix has launched StoragePoint 4.2, which provides integrated storage, backup, and recovery for Microsoft SharePoint. StoragePoint is designed for enterprise-level storage capacities, and can restore terabytes of data in minutes rather than hours. Its recovery systems can be accessed through a single user interface, and include granular, item-level restore options for lost, deleted or corrupted content. New features include automated backup, which can be either on-premises or cloud-based.
StoragePoint 4.2 can be used with any version of SharePoint. Metalogix has also introduced StoragePoint Express, which allows organizations to test the software with up to 200 gigabytes of content.
