Good Technology, a mobile software maker, and Branchfire Inc., a software manufacturer, announced on Tuesday a new version of iAnnotate PDF for Good, an iPad app. The new version sports features for legal professionals, allowing them to securely read, edit, and share sensitive documents.

iAnnotate for Good uses Good Dynamics and Good Technology’s application-to-application encrypted tunneling protocol to apply security requirements down to the application level. In a press release issued Oct. 1, Herve Danzelaud, vice president of alliances at Good Technology, said iAnnotate for Good is an example of a flexible tool that doesn’t compromise on functionality, while offering enterprise-grade security.
