LAC Group, an information and knowledge management company specializing in archival and curation services recently announced the acquisition of Pro-Tek Vaults, a film preservation and archival storage company from Kodak.
Pro-Tek manages one of the world’s most extensive film-storage vaults, which are considered to be the safest in the world, according to the company. The environment inside their vaults is monitored and maintained by specialized software that strictly controls the temperature and humidity inside.
