There’s an anonymous blogger named Trooper in Texas who, like the rock band Trooper, is raising a little hell. He’s an anonymous blogger who’s attacking the Ohio based software developer, Reynolds & Reynolds on his blog, “Reynolds News & Information,” according to Tom Crane on the San Antonio Employment Law Blog.
On the blog, Trooper accused the R&R CEO of being a thief and called their products “crap.” R&R then sued Google for Trooper’s identity, so they can sue him for defamation, but Trooper’s using his First Amendment rights as a defense to block his identity.
