Mitratech announced its acquisition of LT Online Corporation, which produces the Lawtrac platform. Lawtrac helps midsized legal departments with legal management, and offers matter management, e-billing, legal hold, contracts management, native reporting and Office Suite integration. The platform can be implemented either on-premises or through managed hosting.
Mitratech noted that its acquisition of the Lawtrac product suite will help it expand its offerings to mid-sized legal departments. The company currently produces the TeamConnect platform, a scalable software to help large corporations with matter management, e-billing, legal hold, and entity management.
