Content Analyst Company has released an updated version of its CAAT software, an analytics suite designed to help sort relevant information from unstructured data. The software features “Smart” analytics, designed to simplify analytics processes and improve data sorting. Version 3.15 includes SmartSample, a new clustering algorithm that helps identity the most representative sample documents from a body of content, in order to help train CAAT’s document sorting. The update also includes SmartPipeline, which helps reduce “noise” in emails such as signature blocks and confidentiality footers. Other updates relate to improved email threading, reduced staging time, and near-duplicate identification.
CAAT is designed for software product companies, systems integrators, and information services providers. Content Analyst Company (www.contentanalyst.com) is based in Virginia.
