As the review process progresses, newly relevant people, timeframes or keywords may arise. In these cases, it’s helpful to focus these additional collection needs by using analysis techniques that can reduce the amount of irrelevant material.
Assessment of the dataset using people or relationship analysis can help identify additional custodians earlier in the process, allowing for a more accurate initial case assessment and a more efficient review process. Allowing more of the materials to be organized and prioritized early on can increase productivity and the ease of the process.
