All across America this week, citizens are being asked to choose between two popular candidates. Not Democrat versus Republican, but Firefox 2.0 versus Internet Explorer 7. With major upgrades released for each of these popular Web browsers, the question for netizens is, “Which should get my vote?”

But just as some observers see blurring of the lines dividing political parties in this country, Internet observers are finding the two browsers harder to tell apart. That said, Firefox still wins my vote as the most functional, configurable and secure browser available.
