California-based Fenwick & West partner Ted Wang and his team fielded two transactions last week in which big tech and media companies bought up promising young “Web 2.0″ properties. Wang represented Web site StumbleUpon, which eBay acquired, as well as the Photobucket site, bought by News Corp. Both deals were announced May 30.

“StumbleUpon signed on Wednesday and my other client � signed Tuesday night,” Wang said. “[Tuesday] was a busy night for us.”
