Minneapolis security services company Kroll Inc. purchased national litigation consulting firm TrialGraphix Inc. from a holding company controlled by private equity firm Frontenac Co. for undisclosed terms.
The purchase expands Kroll’s litigation service offering to include trial graphics, courtroom presentation technologies and jury consulting services. The target will operate as part of Kroll’s legal technology business, Kroll Ontrack Inc.
