Prism Technologies LLC was on a roll.
The Omaha, Nebraska-based patent-holding company sued the five largest cellular telephone service providers in 2012, accusing them of infringing the same two patents.
The first case, against AT&T Mobility, settled on the morning of closing arguments in late 2014.
