It probably shouldn't come as a surprise: CrossFit will kick your butt in court.
Represented by Latham & Watkins and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, the high-intensity fitness program is pounding hard on the National Strength and Conditioning Association for allegedly fabricating injury data to hurt CrossFit's business.
CrossFit recently won major sanctions for discovery violations, including $74,000 in interim legal fees and long list of crippling adverse inferences against NSCA, which is represented by Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Treste and Davis Wright Tremaine.
