After six years on the bench as a Texas state appellate justice, Rebeca Huddle did just that, rejoining Baker Botts on June 15 as a litigation partner.
She follows a path that, while not well-trod, is also not unique.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson.
