Celebrity vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli is in the midst of a nasty food fight with her former restaurant partners, filing a 93-page complaint in Manhattan federal court that accuses them of an “illegal and brazen attempt to steal her ownership interest.”

Represented by Robins Kaplan partner  Ronald Schutz, Coscarelli (who according to the complaint is “universally and widely known as Chloe”) in 2010 won The Food Network’s Cupcake Wars with vegan creations such as Crème-filled Chocolate Orange with Candied Orange Peel. She has also written four cookbooks and makes frequent television appearances.
