Lawyers with Beasley Allen’s Atlanta office said they have secured a $1 million policy limit settlement for a client who turned down a $10,000 offer from the same insurance company before hiring them.

Donovan Potter and Chris Glover represent Broderick Ferguson. They said he had less than $30,000 in medical expenses, but he is almost completely blind as a result of a Peterbilt dump truck crashing into his Dodge Challenger as he drove on Lenox Road in 2016. For a long time afterward, he had headaches. Then his vision began to deteriorate. But no one could explain why. In 2018, he was offered $10,000 to settle his claim for the wreck. He declined.
