Lawyers at Boies Schiller Flexner and Denver non-profit law firm Towards Justice have asked a federal judge in Colorado to allow them to modify the way claims are being paid out in a $65 million settlement they reached in 2019 on behalf of au pairs who were paid well below minimum wage to provide live-in childcare to families here in the U.S.
