Dominion Voting Systems is prepared to take its defamation lawsuits over election fraud claims to trial—and a recent expansion of its legal team is backing up that commitment.

Boutique firm Clare Locke initially led the lawsuits filed against Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell over their false statements about Dominion rigging the 2020 election against President Donald Trump, including that the company was founded in Venezuela and rigged elections in the past. On Friday, attorneys with Susman Godfrey made their public debut as part of Dominion’s legal team on a complaint filed against Fox News.
