DOJ Disclosure Shows Elizabeth Prelogar's $2M Cooley Compensation

Former Cooley partner Elizabeth Prelogar, now the U.S. Justice Department's acting solicitor general, reported earning more than $2 million in partnership income last year from the law firm, where she advised major technology and social media clients, including Twitter, Uber and Facebook, according to a financial disclosure she filed after joining the Biden administration.
