What’s changed in the last couple of years for litigators?

That’s the 10-word summary of a pile of thoughts and questions I pulled together in a 750-word column a couple of weeks back. After issuing that open invitation to chew on how the pandemic has shaped litigation and the lawyers who handle it, I finally found some time earlier this week to connect with a couple of litigators who wanted to take me up on the offer: Seth Goldman, the division head for the litigation and employment, labor and benefits sections at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, and Meredith Slawe, who recently joined the mass torts, insurance and consumer litigation group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
