That was the general approach I took after I heard Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan founder John Quinn use an episode of his “Law Disrupted” podcast to discuss cross-examination with his partner Bill Price. Hearing Quinn probe Price for examples of how he honed his approach to adverse witnesses and developed a reputation for being a devastating cross-examiner, I thought it would be fun to discuss a variety of skills people have mastered to help contribute to winning litigation strategies.
