Sometimes it’s a good idea to stop and take a look around.

With all the fascinating, high-stakes litigation going on here in the U.S., it’s easy to lose sight of the changing legal and regulatory dynamics abroad that could affect the greater litigation landscape. With that in mind, this morning I want to highlight a recent string of stories by my colleagues at Law.com International and Legaltech News about developments in India, Germany and across the European Union. Taking a look at their work this week provided at least a temporary cure for tunnel vision.
