Even by the lofty standards of Neal Katyal, this was some week. 

Last Friday the co-head of the appellate practice group Hogan Lovells landed a U.S Supreme Court win for cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase—and business interests more broadly. In a 5-4 decision, with Justice Brett Kavanaugh writing for the majority, the court held that a district court has to pump the brakes on proceedings during an interlocutory appeal on the question of arbitrability.
