A lawyer faces myriad decisions during cross-examination. Juan Delgado of Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar in Santa Ana, California, and Doris Cheng of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger pointed out as much during a presentation on cross sponsored by the ABOTA Foundation yesterday.

But Cheng noted there’s one decision that precedes them all: “Do I really want a cross or not?”
