A stylized illustration of jurors in a jury box with mena and women of various ages and ethnicities.Back before Thanksgiving, we gave you a preview of our Legal Speak podcast interview with Meghan Kelly and Bill Oxley, the leaders of the complex litigation and dispute resolution practice at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. We dug into the firm’s survey of more than 1,000 jury-eligible people in venues that have yielded the most jury verdicts of $10 million or more.

Quick review: The survey found that the waning faith in institutions in the United States extends to the justice system and that jurors are more likely to say they lean against corporate defendants than they were before the global pandemic. This morning, we’re going to dig into how Kelly and Oxley are using the survey’s findings to shape the kinds of trial presentations they’re making for corporate clients.
