A nine-digit verdict involving patents coming out of Marshall, Texas, has a familiar ring to it.
But describing the $287 million verdict that Alexandra (Lexie) White and her team at Susman Godfrey won last week for Dutch telecommunications company Koninklijke KPN N.V. sounds something like a high-stakes litigation version of Mad Libs.
