The women behind the Lead Counsel Summit—a group of first-chair trial lawyers and in-house counsel who focus on intellectual property litigation—have set out what they're trying to accomplish right there on the summit's website: "Through training and promoting summit graduates, and through media and law firm outreach, LCS seeks to achieve its initial goal of having 25% of each graduating class serve in lead counsel roles in significant litigations or appeals within two years of graduation."
