Freshfields securities litigator Boris Feldman says the work he and his partner Doru Gavril do now is "nothing like" the business plan he envisioned when the pair helped launch the firm's Silicon Valley office a little more than four years ago.
When Feldman left tech powerhouse Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati after 33 years in July 2020, he had a couple of ideas about how things would play out at the new shop—a global corporate player attempting to build out its securities practice in the U.S.
