Our Litigators of the Week are Michael Ng and Daniel Zaheer, who represented California low-carbon fuels retailer Propel Fuels Inc. in a trade secrets case against Phillips 66 Co.
Last week, after a month-long trial in Alameda County Superior Court, jurors found that Phillips used a trove of Propel trade secrets to launch its own renewable fuels business in California and awarded Propel $604.9 million in damages.
