Say what you want about millennials, but don’t ignore them.

People born between 1981 and 1996 are set to make up 70% of the global workforce this year, according to an estimate by Deloitte.

While some of my Law.com colleagues have noted tensions between millennial associates at law firms and their boomer and Gen X partner bosses, any lawyer who has a case poised to end up before a jury needs to think about how to connect with millennial jurors—a large and influential portion of any potential jury pool.
