It’s no surprise that The National Law Journal has called U.S. Supreme Court advocate Thomas Goldstein of Goldstein & Russell one of most influential attorneys in the country.
Not only does he handle about one in every 10 cases before the high court, but the indispensable SCOTUSblog, which Goldstein cofounded with his wife, Amy Howe, is the only blog to win a prestigious Peabody Award for excellence in electronic media. Yet somehow until now we’ve never named Goldstein our Litigator of the Week. This week’s blockbuster ruling in Chadbourne & Parke LLP v. Troice gives us a chance to finally recognize Goldstein’s talents.
