The National Labor Relations Board has ratified all of its administrative, personnel and procurement decisions from the 18-month period that were cast in doubt by the U.S. Supreme Court’s Noel Canning decision in June.

The high court ruled on June 26 that the recess appointments of three NLRB members in January 2012 during a Senate recess were unconstitutional, depriving the board of a quorum until the Senate confirmed new members by a vote in August 2013.
