SAN FRANCISCO — A guilty plea is a hard thing to undo.

But on Monday, Cooley litigation chair Michael Attanasio helped his client, businessman Nathan Jacobson, withdraw a guilty plea relating to his alleged role in an online prescription drug ring. U.S. District Judge Janis Sammartino in San Diego granted Jacobson’s motion to withdraw his plea in a brief order.
