The National Football League must be getting awfully tired of seeing Jeffrey Kessler in court.
The league’s players union, on the other hand, couldn’t be happier the Winston & Strawn partner is on their side. And New England Patriots fans are still celebrating the ruling Kessler won last week to overturn quarterback Tom Brady’s suspension in the wake of the “deflategate” scandal.
