A team from Irell & Manella scored a win for Public Storage in a rare merger litigation case to go to trial in California.
After a nearly two-week trial in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Judge Jane Johnson entered judgment for Public Storage last week, ruling that the company and its founder, B. Wayne Hughes, properly handled a $150 million buyout.
