As a person who has wanted to lose 10 pounds since my son was born (he’s about to be a senior in high school), I can tell you it’s no secret that there are free diet and weight tracking apps that compete with Weight Watchers.
Which is one reason to applaud U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York for tossing a securities class action against Weight Watchers.
