Leave it to Larry Klayman to defend Donald Trump’s call for U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel to recuse himself from hearing the Trump University case.

Last week, Trump in interviews with CNN and The Wall Street Journal said Curiel (who was born in Indiana) is biased against him because “he’s a Mexican. We’re building a wall between here and Mexico.” According to Trump, that renders Curiel unfit to preside over a class action in San Diego federal court alleging Trump University defrauded its students.
