It’s summer and a presidential election is a few months away. That means it’s time for the revolving door between law firms and the federal government to start spinning more briskly.

Many of June’s most notable lateral pick-ups involved litigators exiting the Justice Department and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Other significant moves featured lawyers who specialize in being adverse to the government.
