Or maybe it’s because I find the allegations appalling: that electronics maker Vizio surreptitiously captured second-by-second viewing data of customers who bought 11 million of its internet-connected televisions, tracking everything they watched from network TV broadcasts to Netflix shows to specific DVDs.
