From where I sit, lateral litigator moves appeared to have cooled a bit in February, with fewer announcements overall of law firm acquisitions. Still, some big names found new homes, including Renata Hesse, who was acting head of DOJ’s antitrust division, ex-Virginia AG Jerry Kilgore who left McGuireWoods for greener pastures and star IP litigator Neel Chatterjee.
