One of Squire Patton Boggs’ highest-profile litigators in the United States, Robert Luskin, will leave the firm with five of his partners for Paul Hastings, three people familiar with the move said Monday.

Luskin, Kwame Manley and Jay Darden will join Paul Hastings as partners, while Benjamin Wood, Jamie Gardner and Patrick Slevin will join as of counsel. All will work in the investigations and white-collar defense practice. They had worked together as a group at Squire Patton Boggs and, before that, Patton Boggs. The group has not yet started at Paul Hastings.
